My involvement in this project involved various strategic and tactical aspects, starting with collaboration sessions with Nfq to understand their clients' document processing needs comprehensively. Leveraging agile methodologies, we swiftly translated these insights into actionable strategies, defining user personas and outlining primary user journeys to inform the product's design and development. Throughout the iterative design process, I led wireframing sessions, rapidly prototyping key functionalities, and conducting internal testing to validate usability and functionality. This approach allowed us to refine the product iteratively, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
As the project progressed, my role expanded to include overseeing the creation of a low-fidelity mockup, guiding a junior designer through the process to ensure adherence to the project vision and client requirements. Additionally, I was part of a number of sessions to validate Zoltan's MVP with Nfq's clients, gathering valuable feedback to inform further iterations and enhancements. Furthermore, because of the nature of this project, we were able to give it a creative spin, which we did by developing Zoltan's unique brand identity, which incorporates esoteric elements to create a memorable and differentiated market presence.
Currently in the development phase, Zoltan is undergoing testing and optimization, with plans for a market launch in the third quarter of 2024.
