In spearheading a highly technical project, my leadership played a pivotal role in the development of a solution that reduced complexity and placed the user at its core. My expertise in product design and project management ensured that the project progressed smoothly from inception to implementation. Through strategic guidance and supervision, we crafted a tool tailored to BBVA's specific needs, minimizing costs, and empowering teams to operate more efficiently.

My main focus was on understanding BBVA's needs through detailed technical mapping and collaboration sessions with stakeholders. These sessions helped ensure that our solution aligned well with their goals. I also took charge of guiding a team composed of a UX expert and 2 UI designers through the prototyping and user testing phases of the project. By working closely with the implementation team, I ensured that the design was applied correctly, providing feedback or design solutions as needed.

Beyond oversight, I took on a mentorship role, offering guidance and support to team members through both 1-on-1 and team-wide sessions. In this sense, I partially attribute the success of this project to the engagement of the team during collaborative hands-on design thinking sessions, as these helped foster a collaborative environment that encouraged innovation and lateral thinking. This approach instilled a sense of responsibility and commitment within the team, motivating everyone to deliver their best work.

My involvement in this BBVA project highlights my ability to lead and contribute effectively to diverse teams. Through meticulous planning, thorough organization, and mentorship we managed to craft a solution that helped the client significantly boost the efficiency of its development teams.
